Pre-Convention Deadline: Last day to send Pre-Convention events to Correct Event Director. Entries must be post marked by today.

Scholarship Deadline - Scholarship Applications are due. Must be post marked by today.
Registration payment must be received ($35 per participant)

Mar 19, 2010 Final Corrections Closed
Last Day to send corrections!
All Team Lists must be submitted on the website. Before 1:00 PM

Choruses
Drama teams
Puppet teams
Volunteer Registration sheets are due. Absolutely every congregation must submit Volunteers.
Late Corrections - Any correction made after Mar. 19, 2010 must be made at the registration table at convention and can require a $5 correction fee per correction.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THIS DATE
You must download your schedules as the registration website will be locked at 1 pm and you cannot make changes at this point.

Mar 23, 2010 Convention Directors working on Convention Rosters
Convention Rosters Totally correct participant lists will be down loaded by Convention Directors. Including Team Lists.

Mar 25, 2010 Convention Rosters Ready
Convention Event Directors will submit detailed time schedules for their events to be put on the website for congregational coordinators.
Last minute corrections from Event Directors will be available at the convention Registration table.

Apr 2-3, 2010 2010 CTLTC Convention
Pre-Convention results Pre-Convention Event Directors will bring the results of their events to the Awards Room at the Convention Center.

Apr 23, 2010 Rules Changes Due
Rule changes from Event Directors for the 2011 Manual are due.

May 4, 2010 Awards correction deadline
